PRIMOPANEL

Modular Cleanroom panel systems (PRIMOPANELs) from AVE Technologies are designed for use within temperature controlled and hygiene safe environments such as food processing, freezers, cold/chill store and clean rooms for the bio-technology and pharmaceutical industries.

The PRIMOPANELs are available in flat profiles and wide range of colours.

All the development and manufacturing procedure are carried out entirely within the AVE factory. Upon purchase order, the technical office develops a first draft of the project from the construction layout given by the commissioning company in order to be submitted for approval by the client.

All designs are always drafted in observance of the client’s request and in compliance of cGMP and FDA requirements.

MODULAR WALL PANEL

Modular Cleanroom wall panel systems from AVE Technologies are composed of prefabricated monobloc modules. Our special Aluminum profiles with the appropriate curve ensure flush, airtight finishes. The individual wall modules are just clipped together as you proceed.

The system’s versatility gives you a free choice of materials, for example for constructions in black steel, stainless steel or galvanized steel. It is also possible to have a solution with a variety of infill and insulation materials like Rockwool, Polystyrene and Honeycomb.

MODULAR CEILING PANEL

AVE Modular Cleanroom ceiling panels can always be customised to meet every need. Module width, module height, cutout sizes, etc. are variable dimensions.

As a result, the AVE system offers the widest possible range of sizes. And if you need something outside the range on offer and want fully-customised dimensions, we can also make these as standard.
