BETAPACK250 is constructed from the highest quality stainless steel to cGMP standards. Its small size and compact structure makes it ideal for small to medium production levels. It is highly efficient and supports the use of a universal feeder and/or a vibratory channel feeder.

It is economical with materials, ensuring no cross-edge scrap. The push-stepping mechanism allows smooth blisters and easy operator adjustment. Reliable in operation and its fully enclosed structure is easily opened for operator access.

The DELTAPACK260 is the AVE Technologies mid-range blister packing machine. Built from top quality stainless steel to full GMP standards. The machine is balcony type and modular in design offering excellent operator access for mould replacement, fast adjustment, cleaning and maintenance.

The forming and punching steps are controlled by independent servo motors, that run very smoothly with low noise. There is positive-pressure blow-moulding, multi-plate forming, roll mesh heat sealing with high packaging efficiency and good sealing performance. Also a variety of blanking devices for the packing of different products.

Automatic Blister Packing Machine

SIGMAPACK 270

Output: Up to 600 blisters/min

There is a full servo-control system on the machine, consisting of six independent servo motors, which delivers smooth running, low noise, rapid format change-over and adjustment. The three-zone contact heating plates allow individual temperature settings to suit any PVC film. There is a wide effective forming area providing a flexible layout for various sizes and shape of the blister.

Any mis-filled blisters are rejected automatically after punch-out. A laser sensor measures the position of the sealed blister web and the servo-controlled indexing function ensures precise transmission and positioning of the blister pockets relative to the punch. High speed multiple-stroke punching design offers high productivity and saves packing materials.
